From a background in competitive sport and the martial arts, owner and founder of THE FIT BOX Paul Russell is a highly motivated individual. His approach to exercise is based on having fun and attaining goals as a result of this. Paul is a personal trainer, fitness & conditioning coach and group exercise specialist. He has contributed to publications such as FHM and directs courses for an industry leading training provider.
