A full programme of practical & lecture based sessions led by our team of industry specialists. The day will begin with breakfast and an opportunity to have your body measured – should you wish to, before a morning including Muscle Activation, an Outdoor Workout & a Goal Setting workshop.
Following a Nutrition class, which will include you making your own lunch, the afternoon starts with a talk on Active Lifestlye, a Pilates inspired class, a second big workout & then another classroom style session on personal programming. After this a well earned relaxation class & then dinner.
