| YOU CAN DO THIS | |
| ROPE-A-DOPE | This session involves a series of boxing and skipping drills alongside circuit style moves for maximum fitness results. Great for reducing both stress levels and waist lines. |
| BUNS | An entire session, devoted to your rump. May contain heavy weights and jumping exercises but will certainly lead to a firmer and more shapely pair of buttocks. |
| SPIN BOX | A little bit of boxing, a little bit of cycling, a little bit of crunching, a whole lot of sweaty goodness. Great for first timers. |
| CRUNCHY TRUNKS | Your trunk is very important, and not just the neat and tidy belly lumps you might crave, it’ll all get worked in this one. |
| SWINGERS | This’ll be the class to attend if you’re new to swinging (a kettlebell) and want to give it a try, or if you’re already a swinger and love how it makes you cry. |
| TOTAL WOW | If exercise benefits were laid out on a buffet, this class would be the plate with a little portion of everything. Alwasy different, always awesome. |
| DO IT | This one couldn’t be easier, or maybe the word is simple. Simple yes, easy no. Your trainer says, you does. Not unlike Simon says. May involve, absolutely anything. |
| GUNS | Our members seem to love pumping thier guns, so this arm sculpture session is always on the menu to give you an excuse to wear t-shirts all winter. |
| PUSH UP | The name is really on the tin. But if that isnt clear enough, this involves doing a lot of push ups. Can’t do a push up? You’d be surprised. |
| BOUNCE | It’s really unpleasant to be involved with the class, lots of jumping, hard to breathe, very sweaty, but it’s always full. You are odd. |
| STRETCHY | Well it doesn’t hurt, it won’t get you sweaty and you’ll have no problems with your breathing from start to finish. It’s awesome. |
| MAYBE GIVE THIS A LITTLE THOUGHT | |
| 4 X 4 | Proper cardio, you’ll step, skip, peddle and swing your way through a massive workout for the heart that will really shape your wobbly bits. |
| DIVE DIVE DIVE | One exercise, one really good exercise, one really good but really hard exercise, one weekly opportunity to make it yours. Own it. |
| TOTAL WOW P1 & P2 | So on a Wednesday, you have a choice. 1) Total Wow for an in and out in 30mins experience. 2) Stay for part 2 and enjoy Total Wow for one gorgeous hour. |
| WALLOP | Kung fu yourself right up in this Martial Arts inspired workout. Its a teriffic fat and stress buster and has many benefits that transfer to sport. You get to hit stuff. |
| SURPRISE | A welcome return from an old favourite, this time brought to you from the mind of Instructor Griffiths. You take your chances turning up as it’ll be different every week. |

| FRIDAY NIGHT CLUB | Still by invitation only, this session is for the very few head cases that like to train till they get dizzy, sick or lose consciousness. There have been tears and tantrums, there will always be colourful language, but nothing hits the spot quite like it. |
