Fluffy towels, hot tubs and cappuccinos won’t do it. Nor will shiny and exotic looking machines, regardless of the amount of exciting flashing lights they might have.
Buying magazines with hot naked people on the cover, paying someone to weigh you every week, wearing brightly coloured trainers, setting your alarm for 4am to eat steak and ditching the carbs simply won’t deliver the results that you crave.
